It seems that no one had gotten the answer right to the question of my previous post. So no need to give away prizes.. hahaha...

Anyway, the place i wna introduce today is Bukit Genting (Hill), Penang. Wonder what this place has to offer? Yummy Thai food with a breath-taking view of sunrise or sunset while dining at the hilltop. :) In short, it's another look out point in Penang. When DD's mum suggested that we go over there for dinner, i was kinda excited because i had never been there and Thai food sounds very feasible. We planned to leave early from home so that we could reached there at about 6.30pm because that will be the best time to witnessed the sunset... 

Genting. A big name that almost everyone in Malaysia knows. White clouds, cool weather, fun theme parks, nice scenary, heaven. But, this is a different Genting. Located in Balik Pulau, Penang, Bukit Genting Hill is a hill top restaurant and tourism spot, although, not that hot, yet. It's gaining fame and customers with time, which can be observed since my last and recent visit. Another heaven that you can find in Penang.

V day 2009. Got an invites to have dinner at Bukit Genting Thai Restaurant. My second trip there. My first trip was maybe two years back. The food served on that day didnt rank that high.

To get to Bukit Genting, we use the road from the airport, heading to Balik Pulau. You cant miss the huge signboard when you reach the place on your left.

Because of V day, all the tables are marked reserved. Get the staff to set up a table for us. By the time our food is served, the place is pack. But when we are leaving...

My friends just came from Taiwan and we went out for dinner.When I was thinking where to go,suddenly the idea of going to Bukit Genting Hill came across my mind.

We went there around 5.30pm so we can enjoy the sunset.
