Thai Food: Chok Dee Thai Restaurant @ Burmah Road
Posted by Lingzie | 17 October 2008

I love Thai food, although I’ve only been to Phuket once and have not set foot on Bangkok yet. Somehow I cannot resist a good bowl of piping hot tomyam or fragrant pieces of pandan chicken or rich mango pulut desserts. Therefore I am constantly searching for good Thai food in Penang.

And my most recent haunt for amazing Thai food is Chok Dee Thai located at Burmah Road. In the evening we head off for a quick dinner before we departed for Kuala Lumpur. The hawker scene in Penang was awesome and so cultured. It brought back a lot of chilhood memories of my growing up. It was fun eating at the roadside in those days, it was so fun and full of heritage which we seldom experience this days...
