hmm.. over here.. there are Tempura prawnsssss, tempura fishes, and fried beancurd (i dunno spell right or not) * the fat chef inside the picture very fierce one.. he makes pancake eh.. when i asked him to make one for me.. his face like very beh syok.. no idea why.. =.=”...
I have not posted anything new in the last two weeks and I am really sorry about that. Ever since Michael Jackson's tragic death, I had been hanging on Youtube everyday. Now, I think it is time for me to return to my normal blogging routine.
Searching over the documents in my computer, I found out that I had been keeping the photos of Kampachi at Equatorial Hotel since Mother's Day. On Mother's Day, my family and I went for a Japanese meal at Kampachi, it was a trend in my family to celebrate Mother's Day there. Duh.....Maybe Kampachi is really near to my house!...
Last saturday, right after the KPLI test in the morning, I was heading back to Equatorial Hotel for Kampachi Japanese Buffet and meet up with my lunchmates colleagues. This was my 2nd time dining in hotel for buffet with my colleagues. The very 1st time was Rasa Sayang Seafood Buffet at Spice Market. That's only call OUTING with my lovely colleagues or else it won't be considered as outing with them.
We made our reversation a few days before so that they can arrange a room for us. That's the tatami room that Kampachi reserved for 12 adults and 2 kids. We dine and enjoy our food in this tatami room. The environment is nice and cozy if you dine in the Tatami Room...
I know what you are about to say, “At times of economic recessions, you can fork out a few hundred bucks to eat japanese buffet? Think about the many other people who will be loosing their jobs and will go hungry.”. Or, if you are my sister, “Wah, you can spend a few hundred ringgit for lunch and complain that you don’t have enough money to get a GPS”.
So we did, spend a good fortune to have a japanese buffet at EQ for lunch just now. We are no fans of Japanese food really, we didn’t catch the craze. But we wanted to achieve 2 things from this eating binge. one is what does all these japanese food taste like and two...
