Went to Harvest In Cafe, Penang for lunch with my dad and my brother just now. The food was not bad and the price is also reasonable. The cafe is located at 10, Irrawaddy Road. For those who haven’t been there before, you should really go and try the food. The business hours is from 11.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. and 6.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. Here are some pictures taken while we’re at the cafe.
This is what it looks like when you enter the restaurant. There were a lot of people when we reached there. This picture was taken after we finish eating...
When I stepped into Harvest In Cafe recently, I felt a wave of nostalgia as this was the place I had gone to for Bahasa Malaysia tuition in secondary school. I guess my tuition teacher must have sold the place and moved away as it is now home to a simple yet classy cafe serving Western cuisine…
Very nice facade yes? I love the cute lamp post!
I love the high ceilings, clean cut lines and the crisp white theme...
Every weekend, I have to squeeze my brain hardly to think of new place for dine out. Luckily this week my dad help me lots. He suggested me to go try on "Harvest In Cafe" which located at 10, Irrawaddy Road, 10050, Penang. Harvest In is a western & oriental style cafe. Those unique clocks on the wall are for sales, so if you interested maybe you can shop for clock as well. We order set dinner, but I would not recommend you to go for set. As the soup is not so impressed & too salty.
If you like soup, I would recommend you to try on Salsa. The set lunch there is nice too...
I had a great time last night with my close friend - Iris, celebrating New Year’s eve at Harvest In Cafe. As for the X’mas eve and X’mas day, i gotta work so i didn’t go anywhere to celebrate… Well, let’s take a look at the dishes we had last night.
The tea i had was ok (included in set dinner), but Iris didn’t like her iced blended mocha (RM4.50). She showed me a sad face, commented to me the iced blended was not tasty at all...
Along Irrawaddy Road, there is a newly opened cafe by the name of Harvest In Cafe. Now I wonder why they call it Harvest in? Are their food produced from the fresh harvest and do we need to wait for the harvesting period to taste the very best? That's best left to our imagination and wondering. The brand new cafe has the 'newly-opened feel' as we walk into the white-coated walls and their simple and yet tranquil design was a comfort from the hot sun out there.
I was led into the right wing upon entering the cafe which seemed to me like a secluded...
